How do you get rid of pimples and blackheads on your back, face and chest?

Please help me get rid of these pimples and blackheads, it's on my back and my face and a few are on my chest.


my friends all look pretty except for me. all the popular kids doesnt like me cause i think i look ugly tha's why.

The problem is not your fault. It's in the oil glands of your skin. Get medication from a dermatologist, or from your general practitioner (family doc). Nothing to lose but zits.
Try taking vitamin E and drink a lot of water. Make sure you don't pick at them. Pro active has worked good for me but it sounds like you may have a more severe case that may require medication. I know salt water helps so you could start going to the beach and surfing or just swimming. Depending on your age if you are young it may just end up going away as you get older. My big brother had bad acne and now that he's older his skin looks great. Keep your head up and don't let those mean people get you down. They will probably be the ones who become fat after they graduate. Then they will see you and your clear skin and realize that they aren't all that.
st. ives seems to work fairly well, along with some facial masks and other washes...keep up with washing your face (at least once a day--depending on how sensitive your skin is, i can only do it once, sometimes twice because i have more sensitive skin) but yeah just make sure you clean out your pores and don't wear clogging makeup. you are beautiful just as you are, don't let anyone tell you differently! Try hot showers twice a day (best bet)
