No... it means she really loves squeezing out blackheads. I'm surprised she took only 5 minutes; a couple of my former gfs, ex-wife like it so much they gouge, squeeze and drool for unlimited amount of minutes searching out blackheads to disgorge - they like the blackheads are all gone now.Why is my girlfriend apparently obsessed with squeezing out all of the blackheads on my back?

My uncle used to ask me to squeeze out the worm. This meant to squeeze the perpetual huge whitehead he has on his back between his shoulder blades. It would release a long worm of wax or whatever it was. He's had it for decades, it was fun to do, lolol!

Yea, they like doing that. I'll tell you a secret, too; often we don't have blackheads at all and they just want to get thier nails into us. They like giving us a little pain; it does something for them.
ewwwwww. Okay now I got the shudder out of me lol. I think it must go back to primitive urges to preen and clean our mates. If you watch primates, you will see numerous examples of this type of behavior, where parents will groom their young and each other. As to whether or not this proves she loves you or not, she must at least like you a lot to be able to do something so personal and unpleasant for you.
