old fashioned aloe-vera unscented gel. worls and removes . still the bestHow do I get rid of stubborn SMALL blackheads on nose?
first you have to steam your skin so u doent get bruised. You could either do it over a kettle or just put a hot cloth on your face. Then u gotta squeeze them puppies out. If you push up under your nostrils it will get out all the stuff on the side. if you have the money i would go get a facial the completely clean your skin plus you get a massage, mask and moisterizerHow do I get rid of stubborn SMALL blackheads on nose?
Try Loreal Regenerist microdermabrasion and peel kit.Its like 30 dollars so its kind of expensive but thats what cosmo says works and it works really well for me and makes my skin soo smooth. Im only 16 and it has gotten rid of most of my blackheads.
boil some hot water, throw it in a bowl, but a towel ver your head.. do this for about 5- 7 minutes , your face will steam... then use a good exfoiliator to clean your pores, do this about 2-3 times a week. blackhead pads might work for you too.
Potato peeler
Steam and astringent is the best thing going for you.
I have some on my nose too.:/
Try Biore Pore Strips.

Whats a healthy diet to go on to get rid of stubborn zits and blackheads?
Bang boom knows what he/she's talking about. There is no proven link between diet and acne in the scientific literature. Drugs and good hygiene are the answer.Whats a healthy diet to go on to get rid of stubborn zits and blackheads?
It could help but it may not get rid of every pimple.Whats a healthy diet to go on to get rid of stubborn zits and blackheads?
Well... I don't know how much diet will play a role in getting rid of them. Here is how i got control over them:
I would suggest drinking more water, and eating less fast greasy food.
Also, you have probably seen commercials for ProActiv or similar systems for getting reid of Acne. These products can be expensive. The main Ingredient in ProActive is benzoyl peroxide. You can buy that pretty cheaply in creams at your local store so here is what helped me.
1. Wash face at night before bed with gentle clenser containing no Salicylic acid (doesn't mix with the benzoyl peroxide).
2. Rub a thin layer of the benzoyl peroxide cream on your face, let it dry.
3. Rub on a lightweight moisturizer (made for your face).
In the morning, just wipe off your face with a wet wash cloth, put more lightweight moisturizer on your face (containing no salicylic acid again).
For a week or so, you may notice an increase in breakouts and dryness, but afterwards they should start going away and should stay away.
I used to get 3-4 bad zits per week, not counting the little ones. Now I only get maybe 1 not so bad one per month, if even that.
Other tips:
1. Try to avoid touching your face
2. Make sure makeup states it does not clog pores.
3. Don't use harsh astringents on your face. They dry it out and cause more zits.
4. Make sure to use the moisturizer to prevent dryness.
5. Make sure you wash your sheets/pillows frequently. Maybe alternate the side you sleep on every couple nights.
I hope that helps some,

Removing stubborn blackheads?
I have blackheads on my face and body. Blackhead tape works ok on my face but not on my body. Is there a product that can remove the most stubborn, long term blackheads? Most products seem to be aimed at preventing future blackheads rather than removing exisiting ones.Removing stubborn blackheads?

What is the best product to get rid stubborn blackheads at nose&whiteheads?
I use neutogena Deep Clean cleanser and it works wonderfully for everything on the face. Also, I know it sounds weird, but if you put vaseline on your face, just a thin layer, and wash it off about 15 minutes later, with your cleanser, then it really helps your complextion and really locks in moisture. How to get rid of really stubborn blackheads?
I have some round my nose and no matter what i cant get rid, even the strips, not touching, exfoliating, steaming face. nothing works!
help! xxHow to get rid of really stubborn blackheads?
Join the club. I asked that a local salon, and they recommended all those treatments. I tried them all and then asked the manager, and she said that its all part of growing up, and it'll eventually go away. She said get a good cleanser and use it every evening and morning, but don't use strips and stuff to often. Don't squeeze the black heads because it could lead to scarring and that would make it all much worse. Be kind to your skin at the moment, and wait. It should all pay off. At least their only tiny barely noticeable black heads and not massive spots! EW!How to get rid of really stubborn blackheads?

What do you think is the best facial mask for STUBBORN blackheads?
there is none in my own knowledge. I would boil water on the stove place a wash cloth over the top. Let the hot steam open your poures and squezze the yuck out of them with finger nails. Or just wash your face after the steam or use a face mask ofter the steam. This will reduce the appearance of them. Peace OutWhat do you think is the best facial mask for STUBBORN blackheads?

How do i get rid of stubborn blackheads????plz help?
i really need helpHow do i get rid of stubborn blackheads????plz help?
The products you are using, are they Salsylic Acid or Benzoyl peroxide? BP can be VERY drying. I personally like SA better. Salsylic acid it really good. It is in almost all acne washes. Benzoyl Peroxide is too drying for me! Try finding a face lotion with SA in it. Clean and Clear has a good moisturizer with SA and it helps keep pimples at bay. It is only about $5 a bottle and lasts about 2 months and you can get it at your local store. I have used this in the past and it works well. Personally, I use Biore products (which you get over the counter. Their products range from $5-$10). They are harsh on pimples, but not on your face.
Personally, Proactive didn't work for me. I have been using Biore products for over a year and I hardly ever break out! Occasionally I will get one or two, but nothing bad. I use Biore Ice Cleanser for acne and Biore warming facial scrub every morning for blackheads (This stuff works. I notcied a DRASTIC diffrence in my blackeads being GONE within 2 weeks) . And then 3-4 day s a week I use Biore purging pore cream scrub. For body acne I use Neutrogena acne body wash I never break out on my body. It gets 110 in summer so sweat in inevitably, yet I never break out. Give it a try. All of it is cheap too. About $5-10 depending on what you buy! Salsylic acid it really good. It is in almost all acne washes. Benzoyl Peroxide is too drying for me! I think you will just need to experiment with products until you find what works for you. Remember, it can take 1 month for products to fully begin working! Good Luck! How do i get rid of stubborn blackheads????plz help?
go on google and look up medications for blackheads you will probably find something
Clean %26amp; Clear Blackhead Clearing Scrub wiped out my black head problem within just a week of using it. Go to Wal-Mart. Youll find it ( its close to the make-up) i think.
scrub wherever the blackheads are REALLY hard with a washcloth. then use any kind of blackhead strips and just follow the instructions. good luck. smiles.
I have the same prob, I have been using Clinique exfoliating scrub and 4.5 mens scruffing lotion. I also carefully sqeeze them everyday. Those 2 products have seemed to work the best. I have tried clean and clear, biore strips, nutragena pore cleanser and other stuff you find at Target or other stores like that. I got a professional facial and the girl said the blackheads on the nose and chin area are the most stubborn and have probably been there for a long time. Try the Clinique it's been working for me.
Biore or other pore strips can help, and lot of skin care lines have products made specifically to reduce blackheads, too. Blackhead extractors are probably the best method - they use them in spas/salons, but you can also buy them from drugstores. I think that it's easy to hurt yourself with them, though (pinching the skin) and it's recommended to have a professional do the extraction.
If you like natural remedies, a baking soda scrub is great for blackheads and to reduce your pores - mix a small amount of baking soda with water and gently rub it over your face, then rinse. It's a mild exfoliant, so you can use it every day if you want, and it also is antibacterial while still being gentle. Vinegar is also good for reducing the size and duration of pimples - dilute it with water and apply with a cotton ball. (Dilution is usually about 1 part vinegar to 5 parts water).
okay u need 2 get like proactive or wat im using acne free this stuff works so try it and use it like it says and dont squezze ur black heads that just infects them well u can squezze them but putn the acne treatment on rite after u squezze them
go to google
proactiv :-)
I recommend using any type of face wash that says ';Salicylic Acid';. I use some called Apricot Scrub.
I'd also watch what you eat. Avoid greasy foods and chocolate.
I hope this helps you.
Keep your face clean. Wash your face whenever you feel it is getting oily.
Wash your face with a gentle water-soluble cleanser.
Apply a clay mask that does not contain ingredients such as mint or peppermint. It will absorb excess oil from the skin surface. If you have dry skin, use oil-absorbing papers to clean the face.
Visit your dermatologist. Ask about vitamin supplements for healthy skin. Vitamin A will keep the oil flowing uniformly and won鈥檛 clog your pores. Tretinoin and Adapalene are common retinoids for skin treatments.
Apply exfoliant or a scrub that will help remove dead skin from your face.
Take hot steam on your face to soften the blackheads for easy removal.
Use appropriate make-up.

I didn't have problems with black heads or acne in general until about 3 years ago when I turned 35.I tried everything.I found a product that really works.I now use Lo real acne treatment system. It has a facial scrub, toner and acne lotion. You use the scrub first, then the toner then the lotion.I was amazed that this product started working in 24 hours. My face looks so much better and feels cleaner. It is on the same line as Proactive but is much much much cheaper. The Loreal about $24.00 but Proactive can be as expensive as $100 + .How do you get rid of stubborn blackheads? The main causes of blackheads are oily skin and blocked pores. To prevent blackheads, keep the skin as clean and oi-free as possible.
In addition, you can use commercial blackhead removals that target the pores to get rid of excess oil and tighten the pores.

go to your local cvs, rite aid etc. any drug store . They have these tools that are made for getting rid of black heads..i bought one and i use it almost every day.
squeeeeeeeeze them out!!! or get beoire strips!!!
A CAUTION ABOUT BIORE STRIPS:
I used these very enthusiastically at first, then realized the extreme traction they put on my skin was causing lots of small spider veins. I see the latest Biore Strip packaging warns you that ';if you have skin that tends to develop spider veins, do not use..'; Well, how do you know that, until you develop them? I sure didn't. Damage done though. For me, it would take several hundred dollars and a qualified laser surgeon to correct this problem that these little 5 dollar packs of strips caused. And I know I am not alone.
wash your face
Use some clean nails to scrub it and wash it with cold water.
Don't use any oinments it may spoil your face.
If you are male, I would suggest that you go to a barber who used hot towels on the face. This will open up the poors of the skin and make them easier for you to remove.
Or maybe a face steamer which you can use at home if you're embarrased about this condition.
You can buy them in Boots and many other retailers.

Opinion on blackhead gun/How to get rid of stubborn blackheads?
http://www.blackhead-gun.com/
I'm thinking about buying one for the stubborn small blackheads on my nose. Would I have to buy it online, or do you know of any stores that sell it?
I've tried the double loop extractor tool thing, but it's no use for the small blackheads on my nose.
What are some other ways to get rid of small stubborn blackheads?Opinion on blackhead gun/How to get rid of stubborn blackheads?
It sounds great but why spend 14.99 or more on the gun... While you could use baking soda for a lot less or. You don't have to use an expenisve facial cleanser. While you could have a big bach for a lot lees.. Yes the baking soda does works, I use it all the time if I get them. It is * usually * takes about a couple of days. Also, it is a great exploiter. Also to get my face looking good I use some granulated sugar with apricot oil, or you could squeeze a fresh apricot to get the juice out. First you wet your face with warm water, to open the pores, and then rub the mixture in for about 2 mins. Then wash off with luke warm water. This one is great because it expiates dead skin cell, cures blackheads and it softens your face!!!! I hope this is useful!!!!!! By the way, You need to use the baking soda one two times a day!!!!!!!! With my recipe one a day.

hm mm you could buy the gun it might be worth it but if you haven't got allot of money too spend then buy a $2 bottle of face scrub and a 99p face mask :D wash your face with soapy water with a tea spoon of honey and mix well then wash you face with that mixture :D honey help moisturize and heal :D
you could make your own scub with sugar honey and egg yolk :D
I say save your $72 and just wait - I use to have alot of blackheads on my nose aswell, they were right in there and I couldn't get them out , then one day they just started coming out, I would suggest washing your face daily with face clean and clothe, or even warm water and a clothe work just fine :)

Any good tips on how to get rid of stubborn blackheads on noses?
I work in this field, I love facials....
Don't use anything with alcohol, it traps the oils even more. Use a cream cleanser, toner and gel moisturizer. Then book an appoint ment with me! :)
Make a mask out of ground parsley, it is really good for this. After cleansing, leave on 15 mins, wash, use toner and moisturizer. Only do it once a week. And don't go to bed with makeup on. Neutrogena makes good stuff.Any good tips on how to get rid of stubborn blackheads on noses?

Microderm庐 Abrasion Facial Buffering Creme- 2 oz.
Safe and effective alternative to traditional microdermabrasion. Resurfaces skin for a reduction in the appearance of lines and wrinkles, a minimized appearance of pores, age spots and acne scars, and a more youthful, radiant glow, will definitely cleanse your pores, very effective
Blackheads
To remove a large unsightly blackhead, here is the technique you need.
First remove the inner ink tube of a pen. Then press the transparent end over the top of the spot or blackhead and twist from left to right. Hey Presto the blackhead pops out. Now place a bag of frozen peas (or anything else cold) over the hole that has been left to make it close up.
This blackhead removal technique works wonders and should leave you blackhead free!
Blackhead Pens
Note that you can also buy blackhead pens, so-called, from many beauty stores: these are specially made removal devices that work using this same method. They are worth buying to ensure your blackhead removal is safe and hygienic.
clean n clear blackhead removel* i Have the same problem! it really does work just try to wash w/ it every day
if I don't stay on top of it I will get em too, I have this thing for pushing them out, here I put a link at the bottom, and I use clarifying masks all the time, and a mini crock pot in the sink with swiss kriss herbs in the water, and a towel over your head, blow on the water to make the steam come up, and I have what's called a ';fine rubber facial curry'; it is usually sold for grooming horses, don't laugh, I use mine every day, soap, cleanser, lotion, scrub off a clay mask whatever, it works great, I love it, and use purifying masks, and toners or witch hazel, that I put in a little perfume travel bottle and spray on my face
Method 1
Use creams containing AHA's (Alpha Hydroxyl Fruit acids) like glyco-creams that will clear away any dead skin cells and ';expose'; the blackhead. Use the AHA's every 3 days or so.
Method 2
Make a lotion with equal parts of lime juice, almond oil and glycerine and apply on the face. It not only cures blackheads but the discoloring spots on the face too.
Method 3
1. Warm a little honey and apply on the trouble spots.
2. Wash off after 10-15 minutes.
Method 4
1. Beat an egg white stiff.
2. Add 1 tsp honey.
3. With a cotton swab apply on the face and leave for half an hour.
4. Rinse with warm water and pat it dry.
* Avoid washing the face with soaps more than twice a day. Instead wash your face often with plain water splashes.
* Keep your hair away from your face. Greasy hair and skin go together, and hair can spread infection.
* Sunshine or ultra-violet light encourages skin peeling, and so helps to clear blocked pores. So sunbathing or use of sun-beds in moderation can be helpful.
Use Biore Ultra Deep Cleansing pore strips once a week. Then use Neutrogena Pore Refining Cream daily. You will notice an immediate improvement and the cream will keep them away.

hi you can get some nose strips from superdrug and if you use them weekly they keep them off. and after just wash your face with cleansing soap every day and night x

I've used these strips before and they work okay, but it seemed like the hard to get places weren't improved. U know around the nose, and it didn't seem to work. Hope they work better for you.
I agree with kt...sometimes they worked great, but in the worst areas they didn't stick very well, so didn't get as many blackheads.
Tried it a few times but still feel the best way to get rid of blackheads is actually going to ur personal beautician. That way it's guaranteed u'll come outta the saloon with better looking skin minus all the blackheads,whiteheads..etc..lolhair growth

Zit Prevention Plan
Preventing zits...Steps to stop the eruptions
Here are some tips on reducing and preventing zits. But remember, even if you practice good hygiene and have healthy eating habits, chances are you'll break out at some point. It's normal.
1. Wash
Wash your skin morning and night with a gentle cleanser that cleans your pores without drying your skin (don't use grainy, harsh scrubs since these can actually cause acne).
2. T-zone
Some areas of your face, like your forehead, nose, and chin (often called the T-zone because it's shaped like the letter T) might be oilier than the rest of your face. So treat it differently: wash it with a non-oily cleanser.
3. Water
Drink a lot of water. It helps flush away impurities.
4. Foods
Although foods cannot cause zits, some people find that what they eat affects their skin. So say hello to healthy food, like fresh fruit and veggie snacks and see-you-later to chocolate and greasy foods like french fries and buttered popcorn. If you think you get zits after eating certain foods, keep a list and avoid eating too much of them or eating them at all.
5. Relax!
Anxiety and stress can cause the adrenal glands to make more hormones, which can cause zits to suddenly pop up. You have a lot going on in your life, but try to take time out for a walk or yoga or whatever works for you.

also i recommend you buy a bottle of tea tree oil [it works trust me there was a big improvement in my acne the the first time i used it. you can buy it at CVS or Wal Mart or Walgreens. you put it on a cotton ball or cotton pad and put a thin layer of it on your face. (you may feel a tingling sensation on your face for up to a minute or half a minute [first couple times] ) and it's cheaper than spending $30.00 plus shipping and handling on proactive
TRUST ME IT WORKS!!!
It Works On All Parts Of The Body!
Good Luck I Hoped This Helped!!!!!!!How can i get rid of stubborn blackheads that ive had for years?
the best method of getting rid of blackheads is steaming.
not sure what you call it but beauticians put u under a steam machine for 10-15minutes so your pores come out, then they use a needle(or whatever it is that they use i never see it when i get it done!) to literally get the blackheads out.
very painful but is a short process and you immediately look cleaner afterwards.
i get mines done in hongkong because they specialise it there, and one place in edinburgh - so you should look around and ask who does it.
dont believe if any facewash, toner, cleanser crap - doesnt work, only works if you face is all oily after a long day and you need to look fresh. putting too much of these chemicals on everyday will only make your skin worse

How to remove stubborn blackheads on face?
Hi,
I've tried Biore porepacks and its still there. Tried pushing skin together with fingers to force it out. Usually it works, but its still there.
I have blackheads on my nose, forehead and cheek which look like mini moles now. I think the blackheads are deep
Can anyone suggest products which work? How to remove stubborn blackheads on face?
I know they say not to squeeze them - and you shouldn't if you can't get it out easily. Instead of pushing, try pulling the skin really taut then together in one movement. If that doesn't work, leave it alone for a couple of days. Messing with it is probably going to make it develop into a spot which you can then deal with. How to remove stubborn blackheads on face?
Is that the same as Biore strips? If not, try those, they worked for me, at least to get most of them. You get it wet, let is sit for a while then pull it off and it pulls the blackheads out.
black n decker sanders will remove them
There is a tool which is called a comedone extractor and you should get one of these. Then start by steaming your face which will help to open up the pores and then you use this tool to press the blackhead right out. Have a cotton ball with alcohol handy to clean the extractor after every removal. Then follow with any astringent or cleansing pad containing salicylic acid. Moisturize using an oil-free moisturizer.

without products that cost a fortune or really harsh chemicals. What's the best way to get rid of stubborn blackheads?
Wash your face somewhat gently with baking soda and water. The baking soda scrubs off the dead skin cells gently. Rinse it off. Then take vinegar (preferably apple cider vinegar) and mix it with water. Then put on your affected area. Should clear right up, if you do it every day or so. Drink lots of water to flush the toxins out of your system.
Do not use toothpaste or Listerine, and don't squeeze! What's the best way to get rid of stubborn blackheads?
well it may hurt a bit, but use your nails!
with careful precision, of course, you may be able to get rid of those blackheads once and for all.
I used my nails and just carefully dug/scratched them out!
of course there was a little blood, but after 2 weeks, the blackheads and the blood left completely!!!!
I'm serious about this - unless you really don't want to go out in public with a little blood on your face...
Fresh mint juice is a very effective remedy for blackheads. Apply this fresh mint juice on the face every night for the treatment of blackheads. Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.

first if it possible finacnially go to your local salon and have a professional facial - I had one recently and she even squeezed blackheads!! and I am 40 and did not know I had any but under her powerful lampo she could see them.
Then hopefully daily cleansing will keep them at bay. maybe youre using too much gear as they are after all blocked pores.
Where are they located?

Blackheads are the slightly different sibling of zits, and like zits, squeezing them can be addictive. Composed of the same oil, or sebum, that contributes to the production of pimples, blackheads result from a building up of this oil in pores 鈥?the difference in appearance is the result of the blackhead鈥檚 exposure to the air, the reaction of which with the oil causes the trademark black color of these blemishes. And while blackheads are more easily obscured by makeup, they can seem less offensive to the sufferer, and as a result, less damaging to squeeze. But the bad news is that this is not the best way of removing blackheads 鈥?the fun stuff is always bad for us! And while squeezing them might be fun, getting rid of them altogether sounds better. So what is the best way to remove blackheads from our lives? Here are some tips for removing blackheads for good.
So, how to get rid of blackheads? Like pimples, blackheads are the result of an underlying skin problem 鈥?the over production of oil by glands contained in our skin, exacerbated by the improper shedding of old skin 鈥?and rather than removing blackheads by squeezing, the best way to get rid of them is by attacking the source of the problem. A good cleansing routine is one of the best ways to remove blackheads, as it will help wash away excess oil and dead skin particles. A gentle cleanser is a good choice as it won鈥檛 dry out the skin excessively (which results in the production of even more of that nasty sebum!). Combined with the use of a gentle exfoliant, which will help remove old skin cells, this is all you need to help keep your skin blackhead free.
But we all know that blackheads can be persistent, so how to get rid of blackheads that are more stubborn? Aggressive manipulation of the skin is never good, and so tips for removing blackheads include above all else a gentle touch. Before attempting to squeeze a blackhead, open up your pores by steaming your face, and then use a blackhead remover or some clean tissue to remove the blockage. Remember 鈥?the best way to remove blackheads is to be gentle! An overly heavy hand will only force the blockage deeper into the skin, causing dreaded zits! Surely squeezing isn鈥檛 worth that!

Go to the Dermatologist,or get a facial. They will ';squeeze'; out all of them in a sterile way, so you don't cause more of them. If you can't afford that, then you need to squeeze them all out with super clean hands, and clean skin. Your face will be red for a while, but they only go away by removing them.
if you have any tried and tested methods, please help.

first if it possible finacnially go to your local salon and have a professional facial - I had one recently and she even squeezed blackheads!! and I am 40 and did not know I had any but under her powerful lampo she could see them.
Then hopefully daily cleansing will keep them at bay. maybe youre using too much gear as they are after all blocked pores.

How do i get rid of stubborn blackheads?
Please anyone who can help. I want to get rid of the stubborn blackheads on my nose and chin. I cleanse and tone every morning and night with Wich and use exfoliater at least twice a week but they're not going! Any ideas ........ sensible pleaseHow do i get rid of stubborn blackheads?
maybe steam your face once a week to open the pores this should help clear the blackheads. Moisturise your skin this will also help.
Dont over do the cleansing, scrubs and toners because they just stimulate the glands causing the blackheads...How do i get rid of stubborn blackheads?
Squeeze them out.
Try T - Zone nose pore strips, they pull quite alot out and you can usually get the rest with tweezers as they are loosened.
Use a cleanser with glycolic acid in it. I use Jan Marini products and have noticed a huge improvement in blackheads and pore size. Also skin treatments like facials, glycolic acid peels (not as bad as it sounds) and microdermabrasion work really well.
squeeze them
Steam your face, that will open the pores, gently squeeze them out and put your face in a sink full of cold water for 20 seconds, then use a gentle toner and moisturiser. LUSH T%26amp;Ms are really good as they are quite natural, do what they say, and don't aggravate your skin.
T zone works fine, and also try to smoothly squeeze them with yoru nails.
Use nose/pore strips. They sell them at drugstores. It works wonders!
a needle! roll a needle horizontally on your nose and chin and the black head will pop out from your skin...i always do this and it works! woohooo
Biore or Ponds Pore Perfect strips. They rip them right out!
I use Mary-Kay's Velocity scrub. it works pretty good
Cleanse your face with unboiled milk, gently rub a coarse cloth dipped in milk to remove the blackheads. Steam your face with herbs like lavender, lemon peel and mint leaves added to the water and let the skin soak up its goodness. Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.
use those biore pore strips, it'll pull them all right out. as for preventing them, not sure, they always come back.

How do I get rid of really stubborn blackheads on my nose?
I have tried washing really often and exfoliating in a hot shower to try and open my pores, but they won't go. I have also tried kits before from the chemist like peel off strips etc but they didn't work. I can't squeeze them out because they are too tiny and it hurts my nose. I'm fed up with them, they make me look like an unwashed teenager. How do I get rid of really stubborn blackheads on my nose?
A good facial will extract the gunk and them shrink the pores - so you basically get to start over. Use a good pore cleansing scrub regularly after the facial and you should be good. How do I get rid of really stubborn blackheads on my nose?
Well as the skin replaces itself over time, in theory, I recon, if you keep cleaning and filling up those open pores that the cleaning has made, with some sort of face cream from the Bodyshop, eventually the skin you have now, will be replaced with clear skin.
blackheads and whiteheads are forms of acne. We may have thought of acne as limited to those red, bumpy pustules, but that is not so. All forms of acne are considered disorders of the pilosebaceous units of the skin, which are made up of the sebaceous glands, the hair follicle, and the hair strand itself. And like all acne, the problem with blackheads and whiteheads starts deep down the sebaceous glands, or oil glands.we can remove it through online acne treatment http://www.holisticacnetreatments.com/
Hi, what you need to do is facial steam. This helps to open the pores, once open get a cotton wool and try to remove the blackhead. More tips here http://epictureperfect.net/cure_blackhea鈥?/a>
try steaming them, put your head over a bowl of boiling water, and a towel over your head to keep the steam in, it used to work for me when I was an unwashed teenager.
you should go to a professional salon and get deep cleansing done. It may be painful but it gets rid of blackheads as well as whiteheads. Great way to keep face clean for acne prone skin.

Best way to get rid of stubborn blackheads??
i was my face twice a day with an exfoliating medicated scrub...i dont use alot of makeup ...i eat healthy and the blackheads are still there! idk what to do about it! any suggestions- at home remedies, over the counter products- any tips on how tog et rid of them would be appreciated..thanks!Best way to get rid of stubborn blackheads??
Biore is good to remove blackheads but there is more effective natural way to remove them and its faster.. biore or any products need to wait for longer time for it to dry and can't do too much in a day.
Natural way is using chicken eggs. Just get a raw egg and break it open. You can cook the egg for breakfast or anything. You'll just need the egg skin and some of the egg white. You'll notice a very white soft layer of skin inside the egg. Slowly pull this layer out and apply the egg white to your nose. Then paste the layer on your nose and wait for 5 minutes. Then when it dries, u just need to pull out that layer. Do this everyday and your blackheads is gone. Plus its cheaper than those biore products..Best way to get rid of stubborn blackheads??
Not a problem, I'm using it and its effective and no worries about sensitive skin or if its going to hurt ur skin. unlike those biore products. Report Abuse

Does the Neutrogena Wave work well if you have a lot of stubborn blackheads?
I have a lot of blackheads that no matter what I do won't go away. It also doesn't help that I play sports so I am always sweating so that doesn't help my acne at all either.
I have wanted to get the Wave for a while now but my mom doesn't think it will work.
Does it work and is it worth the money?Does the Neutrogena Wave work well if you have a lot of stubborn blackheads?
I got the wave for blackheads. It did absolutely nothing. Actually the wave made me break out more than ever, and made me really oily. I've lost all faith in Neutrogena products, they really are pretty bad.
If you honestly want to know how I got my blackheads to go away, I use a product called Olay Regenerist Microdermabrasion.
I used to have deep blackheads on my nose, cheeks, and chin. They were really deep too and my pores were very large and noticeable. I used to be very self conscious if I stood too close to someone because that's all you would see, was clogged pores and blackheads.
Now they are all virtually gone and I barely get any that come back. If they do, my pore size has been significantly reduced so they aren't deep anymore. They are very easily removable if I get them now. I can stand right in someones face and there is nothing there anymore! It's fantastic.
Link to the product is below. It has great reviews on the product, and check out YouTube, there's some reviews on there as well.Does the Neutrogena Wave work well if you have a lot of stubborn blackheads?
I felt so happy an excited to start using my wave when I bought it! I have combination skin, meaning that parts of my skin is oily whereas some are oilfree, weird.
I play volleyball myself, and yeah i have acne because im a teenager.
About the blackheads, I am not too sure myself, but personally I would use the biore pore pack. I have used it, and its worth the pain! getting rid of those ugly black little horrible evil things make you feel soo good.
People have complained of breakouts using the neuteogena wave, but I think it can be due to a few factors:
1) If people are really that dumb as to not wash off the cleanser after using the wave
2) Not closing your pores after the wave opens them, and they can accumulate dirt = pimples.
3) Misuse of the wave?
So far i havent broken out because i have been careful to close my pores, moisturize and take care of my skin. I hope it works for you too!
Yes girl it does just make sure you use it daily and when you think you have a lot of them I would advise you to use it and b4 you know it your face will be SO pretty and clean and clear of those black heads
yes.absolutely.it worked for me.

How do I get really stubborn blackheads out?
Squeezing, steaming, sticky pads ... nothing works. How do I get really stubborn blackheads out?
Go for a facial-- they are amazing and produce the best results. There is something on the market by Dermalogica and it is the bomb! They use it at the salon and it is worth every penny for the facial! I am ADDICTED to them!
Good luck! I hate blackheads. :O(How do I get really stubborn blackheads out?
There is a facial scrub and serum made by vita c, you can get it at a beauty supply store. Use the facial scrub faithfully, soak your face with the vita c serum, take one of these razor pens (walgreens) used to shape eyebrows, and lightly scrape your face. You are actually exfoliating. Everytime you go over use a cotton square and clean the razor pen, (you will be surprised to see what you are taking off the top layer of your skin.) Do this once a week and use the facial scrub and serum faithfully. I live by this. You might pay 5 or 6 bucks for each. They are worth every penny of it.
Good Luck!
Dampen a face cloth place is in the micro wave for 30 seconds and check its not too warm then place over the black head to open the pore and then guess what a little squeeze.
bleach or buy Ponds clear solutions it works ggrrreaatt! =D or get the new refined loreal tool at jc peeny or local parpicapating stores.
Squeeze, squeeze and squeeze some more - they will eventually release - belive me, it will hurt but out it will pop!
if the location site is on your just push the tip of your nose towards the forehead until you can't take the pain if they are located on your chin don't try focusing on just one black head use your thumb and finger get a small chunk between them and push towards each other, last but not least a gentle exfoliating cream should do the trick
Put the end of the outer part of a ball point pen over the blackhead and push.
eat charcoal tablets
not an immediate cure but charcoal absorbs toxins so could be useful as a preventative
A full steam facial should open your pores
sorry can't be more helpful

How do u get rid of stubborn blackheads?
My nose is covered in blackheads and i hav no idea how to get rid of them... and lately some are on my fore head... pliz help me out.. like any home remedies i could try that are effective...O and how do u get rid of dark spots from past blemishes ty!How do u get rid of stubborn blackheads?
the dermatologists use a device called a spoon. you can make one by taking a real spoon and drilling a hole the size of 1/8 inch. then you use this device to center the hole over the blackhead and press...it should pop right out...
the trick is to do even pressure because when you try to squeeze it yourself (the pressure may be two sided), and the blackhead may explode under the skin and causing inflammation which then causes more scarring...

Scrub your face with a scrub. You can find them in drugstores or make your own. You can buy 1/2 cups of azuki beans and grind them down to a coarse flour by using a blender, a food processor or coffee grinder. Pour water to make it into a paste and massage on your face or use a facial brush Or try steaming your face. Pour boiling water in a bowl thats bigger than your face, put you face in it and put a towel over your head for about 10 mins. Then try to squeeze them out.
All you need to do is this: Wash your face every morning and b/4 bed. After washing with soap and warm water, reinse well and pat dry....Then use an astringent over a cotton ball and apply (rub) over your face. It may burn , but that is ok. Leave on for 1 minute, maybe two if you can, then rinse off. Pat dry, then leave face alone.
Not quite sure on any home remedies but i do have the same problem as you.. or shall i say i did. no matter how much i exfoliated my nose or tried to blitx them they would'nt go! however 3 days ago i bought avons Anew Clinical Advanced retexturising Peel and i have to say wow!! my skin is generally ok except for the blackheads on my nose and even tho it has been 3 days i can see them shrinking already and i get the bonus of having even smoother skin! highly recommended.!

How to get rid of stubborn blackheads from my chin?
I've had them there since I was like 10. I've tried scrubs and those annoying blackhead patch things you put on your face with water and when it dries you take it off.

For an acne medication, Proactiv is the best out there. For just a few blackheads, you can go to a local spa or beauty clinic and have a facial that normally costs under $50 CAN, usually around $25. they can extract the blackheads for you!
But picking at them and constantly using over the counter medications will only irritate your skin. just wash your face with a mild cleanser, first with hot water to open the pores, then rinse with cold to close them. steaming your face may also help open the pores, but make sure after you're done, you rinse your face with cold water to protect your skin. How to get rid of stubborn blackheads from my chin?

How can i get rid of lots of stubborn blackheads?
as a teen i had awful acne. blackheads on my nose could be removed easily but other places not so easy. 3x a day i scrubbed w/ Noxzema (generic). then at night i used alum (Spice) to make a paste and slept with this mask nightly until my oil production regulated. now i know you can use calamine for the same effect. my son used this method until shaving started.
i still have breakouts now and i am 44 yrs old. but i use facial scrub and toner (choice) and then peel off mask once a week.
if these don't work for you maybe you should talk to your dr
i have this problem aswell, but i found that puting a hot wet cloth on them to soften the skin and open the pores then exfoliating works, and then rinsing face with hot then cold water as it closes the pores x
St. Ives Apricot Scrub.
Have a face cleansing plus using a sauna helps as well.
Have you tried ProActive??
because if you did there's lots of lookalikes, and they don't work.

I suffered acne throughout my teens now my spots have cleared up and i no longer suffer from break outs. However i still keep getting blackheads and some of these are really stubborn to get rid off. How can i get rid of these stubborn blackheads and prevent new ones appearing? How can i get rid of my stubborn blackheads?
First of all,you could just use a strip that you apply on the affected area and you strip those blackheads off.You could also opt for a gentle cleanser such as Neutrogena,Dove or Clean %26amp; Clear to gently cleanse your face to prevent those blackheads to multiply. However, you could also opt for these homemade remedies that works best at getting rid of blackheads.Believe me,it work wonders on my skin,really:-)
Paste of Yogurt and banana-Mix one or two bananas in almost 200ml yogurt and mash it until it begins to look like a paste. After washing face apply this paste before sleeping, after one or two weeks not only you but other will also feel a difference in your skin. This paste has a magical effect not only in removing blackheads but also gives a glowing touch to your skin.
Paste of turmeric and rose petals-This paste is also very useful in treating blackheads however it is somewhat difficult to prepare that paste and one needs fresh rose petals and pure turmeric to prepare this paste. However it proves very useful in treating blackheads, acne and pimples.
Paste of Ayurveda and fenugreek鈥檚 leaves-Another paste that proves very helpful in this connection is the paste of Ayurveda and fenugreek鈥檚 leaves if this paste is applied about 10 to 15 minutes on blackheads and wrinkles as well, it can be helpful to prevent both blackhead and wrinkles.
Rose water and lemon juice-Take some rose water and mix it equal amount of lemon juice apply this mixture on face for almost half an hour then wash your face and continue this treatment for almost 15 days and I promise you your skin will be as smooth as baby鈥檚 bottom.
Fresh mint juice-A proven remedy for blackheads, eczema and scabies is to rub fresh mint juice over it and it can be very helpful to get rid of these curses.
Well, these are those 5 remedies that I've tried before and it does improve my skin in two weeks.I know there's lots of them,so just pick any steps that suits you okay.Good luck trying these at home at great skincare wishes.:-)How can i get rid of my stubborn blackheads?
Ok, all you really need to do is give them a squeeze (like with zits) and then clean your face twice a day. I recommend using a facial scrub pad (circular pad near soap you can get at Big Lots for 88 cents or Walmart for $2) instead of a rag. Try not to use soaps with grains of sand in them. Sometimes they irritate the skin. I recommend Neutrogina, but truthfully any soap will work. Neutrogina just works faster than other soaps because it was made for acne and blackheads. I hope this helps you.
Washing once a day with soap and water will help to remove oil and dry the skin. But should not wash too often or too vigorously as this could irritate the skin. It's no good idea to squeeze blackheads, if done incorrectly, squeezing can damage the skin.
I think their is like a scrubbing tool that has special soap in it. You can buy it at any major retail store. Like wal-mart. Its like a face wash tool that supposedly gets rid of blackheads.
Here is a link to it. Its called blackhead eraser by Clean and clear. You should check into it.

I have the same exact problem. Just use scrubs.
Theres a natural scrub. You just take an ORGANIC tomatoe and cut the top off and dip that in granulated sugar and rub it on your face. Leave it there for 5-10 minutes. Then wash off.
Probably should use this 2-3 times a week.
u need to not keep touching ur skin like peelin ur skin wiv ur fingers and jus bt a scrub thats suitable for ur skin type and make sure ur skin is moisturised!

Blackheads are caused by pores blocked with oil. We tend to believe that the black appearance is due to dirt, but in fact, it is simply oil or sebum which has turned black due to the oxidizing effect.??
While it is easy to clean the surface of our face, making sure that our pores are clean takes a little more work than just a perfunctory splash of water.?
?
Removal strips?
Blackhead removal strips are readily available at all major departmental stores. All you need to do is to wet the strip, place the strip on your nose, which is where blackheads are very likely to form, leave it on till it dries completely, and peel it off.?
?
Steam
You could also try removing blackheads yourself, but make sure you are gentle, or you may cause scarring. Steam your face for around ten minutes with a steamer, or by placing your face over a vessel of boiling water if you do not have a steamer. Form a tent with your towel over your head and around the bowl, to trap the steam. This opens and softens pores, and makes the blackheads easier to remove. Then take a wad of cotton in both hands, and use the cotton to gently squeeze out the blackheads.?
?
Exfoliate
Make sure the blackheads don?t reappear by exfoliate your skin with a face scrub, to get rid of dead skin so they do not block pores. Use it on your nose, or wherever you have blackheads. Scrub the area gently. Do not be too harsh as you may cause further damage.?
While you need exfoliate your face only twice a week, many women have reported that their blackheads on their nose have totally disappeared after they started using a face scrub on their nose on a daily basis.?
?
Homemade face scrub
You could purchase a face scrub from the market, or make one at home. Beat up the white of an egg, and add a tablespoon of salt. Apply to your face with your fingertips, massaging gently. Wait for it to dry, and wash off with warm water.?
You could also make a scrub by adding salt to a lemon and honey mixture. After scrubbing your face, apply a little yogurt to soothe your complexion and balance the pH level.?
?
Prevention
These are temporary remedies, and blackheads will keep re-appearing unless you target the source. Make sure you keep your skin clean, by cleansing, toning and moisturizing it twice a day.?
Do not apply make up if your face is sweating. Always clean your face before applying make-up.?
Make sure you wash off all traces of makeup before turning in for the night. Never, ever go to bed with make-up still on, as it contributes to blocking pores, and will lead to pimples and blackheads.?
Avoid using oil-based make-up if you have oily skin and are prone to developing blackheads.
try cocunut oil for ur hair
Hydrogen peroxide will help with the blackheads. Not only is it a gentle cleanser for your skin, it'll also bleach out the black part of the blackhead while you're waiting for your skin to clear up.
Whatever you do, DON'T scrub your skin. Scrubbing just further irritates already irritated skin. The roughest thing you should use to wash your face with is a soft wash cloth. Use warm, not hot water and follow with a water-based moisturizer.
Make sure you drink lots and lots of water to keep your skin hydrated and increase the speed of cell regeneration. Get plenty of sleep and plenty of exercise, too. A healthy body promotes healthy skin.
Make sure you keep your hands clean and try not to touch your face. Resist the urge to pick or squeeze pimples or blackheads, it just leaves scars and irritates your skin, making the pimples worse.

Traditionally, masks are made of clay. Clay absorbs up to two hundred times its weight in water. When clay is made into a paste with water or other liquid and patted over the face and left to dry, it pulls not only impurities from the skin but also moisturizes it.
SIMPLE SOLUTION: However, note that as master herbalist Jeanne Rose notes:
';Every vegetable, fruit, seed, or nut has a place in a facial or body mask. Indeed, masks can be used by any sex and any age of human being and on any part of the body. They are used to clear up pimples or blackheads, exfoliate the outer scaly surface of the skin, refine the pores, nourish, heal and soothe, absorb excess oil, texture the skin's surface, moisturize, hydrate, lubricate, or smooth.'; - Jeanne Rose's Herbal Body Book
GUIDE TO CLAYS
FOR DRY SKIN: If you choose to use a clay, use a white clay such as French white, or use kaolin or bentonite (light gray); these are least drying.
FOR OILY SKIN: Use green or red clay.
TO NOURISH THE SKIN: Use a mineral-rich black clay from the Dead Sea

keep you hands off your face unless you are cleaning it.
boil water in a large pot - cover heard with towel to trap steam - DO NOT GET TOO CLOSE TO THE STEAM.
get just close enough to let the steam clean your pores out for say two or three mins THIS SHOULD NOT HURT.
prior to that - sorry not in order.
blend some raw oatmeal - add some water so it is like a paste - scrub (already) wet face - leave on at least once a week to use as mask - in addition to daily cleaning.
rinse with cold water to close pores.
Cleanse your face with unboiled milk, gently rub a coarse cloth dipped in milk to remove the blackheads. Steam your face with herbs like lavender, lemon peel and mint leaves added to the water and let the skin soak up its goodness. ?

How can i EFFECTIVELY get rid of blackheads on my nose??. (preferably home remedies?)?
Clean and clear blackhead remover works GREAT for me, scrub it for like 3 mins, and you should notice that ur nose will be noticeably smoother!
Also if ur not doing this already make sure that u are washing ur face EVERY NIGHT before u go to bed, and don't try to squeeze them either, it only makes the pores or holes un ur face bigger and more vulnerable to getting dirt build up in them. I used to do that, now i feel my pores are HUGE! Good luck! How can i EFFECTIVELY get rid of blackheads on my nose??. (preferably home remedies?)?
Biore pore stripsHow can i EFFECTIVELY get rid of blackheads on my nose??. (preferably home remedies?)?
Not much to do at home for blackheads. You can try the strips and you can try scrubbing pastes, but in the end a visit to an aestheticians will be necessary.

At home remedies for blackheads?
hi i've seen many at home remedies for blackheads like toothpaste on before bed, etc. but i was wondering if there was like an actual system you have to do...i dont really know how to explain it, but theres a ton of little tips you can do to help acne, but whats the BEST system you have tried thats an at home remedy?? like first wash face with salt water, then apply lemon juice, and then leave on toothepaste..sounds kinda wierd but it was the only example i could think of, i just want to know like an order you have to do these? and if anyone has any other at home remedies that'd be great!!
oh, and NO advice on proactive please!! proactive does NOT work, and when it does, it worked for a couple months and now my body doesnt react to itAt home remedies for blackheads?
This is a system that DOES WORK. It completely and permanently got rid of mine. There's no quicker, better cure and it's an all natural one.
Use a natural oil - olive oil works really well - and simply massage over and over again - the massaging friction literally rubs them away. Better to use a ';forward and back'; action not circular and use front or tips of fingers and sometimes palms depending where on face you apply. You can make it more vigorous and can massage for longer as you progress.Try to build up to 15 minutes a day (not necessarily in one session). You will get almost immediate results.
It also gives skin a radiantly healthy glow and tightens it.
Try it - you will be happy that you did! It really works!

lol i have no home remedies but neutrogena works like a pro and its not expensive like proactive. :)

Hi!
I looked for over 8 years for a product against blackheads.
Clarins has an awesome line, for night time you need the toner and oil, its a special oil that dissolves blackheads (for real) and cleans your face overnight of impurities. Black heads are basically a hardened oil mixture that was secreted and oxidized (which makes the outside part black) and since water and oil don't mix no water based product can ';clean'; your blackheads away, just try say putting certain foundations or makeups on the mirror and if you wipe it with water it smudges all over but put a little baby oil and wipe and tada! it comes off super clean AND dissolves it. This oil also dries up the pimples and the black heads all the way down. I recommend using it for 6-8 weeks then going for a facial (cost maybe 25$) and ask for a facial specializing in black head removal or you can look it up online, how to steam first and all and yes using a tissue paper not your fingernails really is better, I know cause now I have little brown spots and acne scars from years of picking with nails, tissue forms a little barrier so that the sharp edge of your nails doesn't cut the thin outer cell layer.
You can find it cheaper on eBay as it is a bit pricey in stores. Here is the name: Oil: CLARINS Lotus Face Treatment Oil Combo SKIN 1.4oz/40ml will last forever , you put toner on your face first, when your face is still moist you put 4 drops of oil (one on each finger, you only need a teeny bit) then rub your finger tips together on other hand and after a few secs of rubbing use your finger tips to dab it on top of your moist skin... just be careful not to put more than 4-6 small drops of oil and that your face is wet from toner and to dab it over not rub. Toner: NEW Clarins Toning Lotion with Iris OILY Skin Toner 200mL.
The body shop also has an awesome mattifying moisturizing tea oil face gel.
Also only use non-comedogenic products (These products are less likely to cause blackheads (open comedones) or whiteheads (closed comedones)), it will be normally written in small on the label if they are non-comedogenic.
Take care, FelisiaAnyone know any home remedies to get rid of blackheads?
start yoga
Invest in a facial steamer, then after your pours are open cleans with an oil free cleanser. Make sure you close the pours again though with a good splash of cold water on the face.
Or better still have a nice relaxing sauna once a week, this is why sauna's were invented. To rid the skin of impurities.
Another point to remember is before you apply your make up, put a thin layer of baby oil on your face first. This will create a barrier so that the make up doesn't clog up your pours. It also means it's easier to take your make up off at night.
Then there is also a healthy diet, cut down on fatty foods. And eat fresh steamed veggies and plenty of fruit.
Hiya . you could try using a deep cleanser then exfoliate using one of the apricot facial scrubs then tone and moisturise ,deep cleanse every day and use the scrub a couple of times a week, tone and mosturise after each cleanse too , you should find after a few weeks your skin is looking better and the blackheads will be gone . i hope this helps xx
yep two fingers...squeeze....and there you go...big splodge on the bathroom mirror! *LOL*
I used to steam my face with one of them beauty facials. But a bowl of boiled water will do.
I use a facial wash each time I wash my face and then a cleanser and toner finishing off with eye cream and face cream.
Hydrogen peroxide will burn your skin! DO NOT USE!
wear less make up and remember to take it off every night with make up remover. Also the other advice from the girls on here.
1st wash your face, removing make up and oils. Hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball 2x a day. am and pm. It acts as an astrigent but also fades the blackheads. I thought it was crazy but it helps!!! Exfolliate to clean out the ones on service helps in addition.
My skin is sensitive to many products so I have always used distilled Witch Hazel. You can buy it at any chemist. Not using makeup has also helped me.
Cleanse your face with unboiled milk, gently rub a coarse cloth dipped in milk to remove the blackheads. Steam your face with herbs like lavender, lemon peel and mint leaves added to the water and let the skin soak up its goodness.
