You need to exfoliate because they are under the skin and you need to remove the layers of old skin. Try something like clean and clear or garnier, make sure u use a well known product as cheap ones will make it worse. Good luck x x
Essential oil of tea-tree is a natural anti-biotic and is very effective at clearing spots.

Take a small bottle of mineral water 2 thirds full and add 15-20 drops of tea tree oil. Shake well then apply with cotton wool all over problem area. Apply as often as you want.

I have used and recommended this remedy for years with very good results every time.

You can also put some of the solution on a loofa or massage sponge and scrub your skin with it. This will also activate the circulation and help to bring out the blackheads without having to 'squeeze' them. (Never a good idea as it can leave scars if they are very bad.)

Make sure you wash your hands after use and don't touch your eyes. It won't harm but it will sting like ****!!

I don't know what your diet is like but try to eat lots of fruit and vegetables and drink lots of water to de-tox the system, as the spots can be worsened by a bad diet.

Hope this helps.

All the best.
1. Water, Water Everywhere: Take a shower immediately after exercising or sweating heavily. Don鈥檛 wear sweaty clothes any longer than necessary.

2. Smooth a Craggy Exterior: Exfoliate your skin with a loofah or micromesh Body Buff Gloves when you shower to remove dead skin cells.

3. Attack of the Lizard-Skinned Men! Wash irritated skin with a salicylic acid soap or a beta hydroxy body wash. Because these ingredients can dry out your skin, only wash broken-out areas with them and use regular soap for the rest of your body.

4. Are Polka-Dots Back in Style? Benzoyl peroxide works great as a topical solution for drying up annoying blemishes. But make sure it dries completely before you put on a shirt to avoid stains on clothes.

5. The Touch, the Feel of鈥olyester? Light cotton and cotton blends are good exercise clothes since they are breathable and allow oxygen to interact with the skin. But if you sweat a lot, cotton can trap sweat and clog pores on your back. Try wearing synthetic fabrics with mesh-like weaves to pull sweat from your skin鈥檚 surface. And remember to keep it loose: the point is for air to be able to get to your pores.
Try going to a sauna and steam room. It opens the pores and releases the gunk. Then use a scrub all over. Do this at least twice a week but remember to drink lots of water cos it dehydrates you like anything!

Good luck
poisoncommotion,he doesn't have pimples,but blackheads.No infection,No relation.
First you need a friend to help you squeeze these out, by placing hot compresses by areas to open the pores, when done, rinse with cold water so the pores will close.

And when you take a shower, use the loofah all over your body it's magic!! when new is hard, be careful then becomes softer and easier to scrub, when too soft you can use it on your face, scrubbing really light, do it like twice a month only! , meanwhile you have the new one for your body. Always rinse it really well and air dry.

Now this is more important!!!

#1.- if you use rinse/conditioner, try not to get in on your neck, back , shoulders and face!! the grease on these products cloggs pores, believe it or not. Rinse it and avoid as much as possible from these areas. Good luck friend!!
I used to have this, it's so annoying =[

I went to my gp as I also had minor acne on my face at the time. He gave me an antibiotic lotion called zynerit, it stung a little at first, but it really worked, and now to keep it at bay if i get a flare-up I get a cream called quinoderm from the chemists. Also antibacterial showergels should help kill off the bacteria causing it. Hope that helps =)
Unfortunately large pores are genetic. It will be a daily struggle for you.

Be consistent.

You must use a strong exfoliate scrub with warm water for about 5 minutes. You may have to use a rough facial sponge if they are really deep and oxidized (hardened).

Scrub until your skin is pinky-red. Then gently squeeze out the blackhead(s).

Then saturate a cotton ball with witch hazel and wipe the area immediately.
try to wash your self and rinse better....ask a dermintologist. u could also try Bior猫 combo pack..they work for me
my wife pops them like zits
This is something your professional Doctor should advise on.
