Just Baking Soda. Mix about 1/2 Cup Baking Soda with some warm water to make a paste. Splash your face with warm water, apply the paste, leave five minutes, then rinse off.
See your dermatologist, though. A blackhead is a serious clogging of the pore, and only a dermatologist can help you.
