Go to your health food store. Buy a good multi vitamin. Also buy Kiss My Face soap. Or something like that. Don't pop the black heads or it will get worse. Unless it gets too itchy- then try to scratch it out. gently. the age 13. you are going through a lot of changes. So for beautiful hair, skin, nails, also you will have great energy. Please tell your mom or dad that you have to go to the health food store.

ew.. you prob dont take care of your skin well and dont shower alot? try putting your hair up into a ponytail or a bun.. to get hair away from skin. The oil in your hair can give you acne. I've never heard of black heads on any other part of the body other than face!
Go to a dermetologist you can get chemical peels and everything it wont even hurt.
you should definetly exfoliate your skin all the time u have a shower/bath with a loofah or body scrub, thats should work for sure
